Dr. Lashonda Wofford is a WOG, wife, a mother, a sister, a grandmother, a friend, and a proven CEO. She has founded and built several successful organizations, including The Affirmation Collection, L&S Consulting Group. Wofford And Williams Inc dba Akins Helping Hands which is a 7-figure Home Care Business based out of Hope Mills, North Carolina. She is also the proud owner of All Things Coaching with Dr. Lashonda Wofford. She is a community advocate and personal development partner who encourages all to bet on themselves through her All Bets on Me platform on Facebook. Her newest business venture is Akins Global Diagnostic Laboratory Solutions launching Spring of 2024.  

 Through various pains and struggles, Dr. Wofford has learned to bet on herself and accomplish her goals despite adversities. She is a successful businesswoman of color who breaks the ceiling and creates tables for other women to have the same opportunities as she has.
